The Illawarra Presents is a professionally produced, community driven monthly magazine dedicated to documenting, celebrating
and strengthening the region’s arts sector.

Our purpose
The Illawarra has extraordinary artistic talent, but no single high-quality publication brings its breadth together for the wider community. The Illawarra Presents will make the region’s arts more visible, approachable and connected—encouraging  participation, patronage and volunteerism. 

 

Every monthly issue will include
• In-depth features on the artists, organisations and ideas shaping the region
• Spotlights introducing creative people and collectives to new audiences
• Highlights of exhibitions, performances, publications and initiatives
• A curated calendar encouraging discovery and attendance across the Illawarra
 

Our scope
The magazine embraces literary, visual and performing arts—from writing, photography and public art to theatre, dance, music, film, fashion and design. Emerging voices will sit alongside established leaders, reflecting the Illawarra’s full artistic ecology.
